IWS Machines
Based on the Kustner technology, Sapal can offer you a complete line of IWS wrapping machines, from 500 to 2000 slices per minute.
The IWS wrapping machine can produce stacks of slices up to 75mm high.
Allowing all types of recipes (with ingredients such as ham or herbs), easy to operate and to maintain.
We guarantee a long shelf-life thanks to the perfect sealing of the slices, even with ingredients, while remaining easy to open.
With their inline design, our machines provide excellent accessibility and visibility, supported by a practical and functional layout.
Additionally, our wrapping machines for cheese slices can be fully customized to meet your specific requirements. Available in both standard and mirror versions, with options for front or back exits and transparent rear doors. And with the new sliding stacker designed to enhance accessibility for maintenance and cleaning, these wrapping machines offer an ideal solution to lower maintenance costs and boost operational efficiency.
The Feeding Group equipped with a homogenizer combined with our machine secure a homogeneous cheese structure and can be used as a buffer.
Our portfolio begins with the DCS 0500, an ergonomically designed entry-level packaging line to produce individually wrapped cheese slices (IWS) up to 500ppm.
The production can be increased to reach up to 1000 processed cheese slices per minute through a quick and easy upgrade, by keeping the same footprint
in your plant and with work done by the same operator.
Should you need a high-speed version, the DCS 1000-2 gives you the possibility to run with a single lane up to 1000 slices / minutes.
